Who can see your viewing activity?
yes, happy to be covering
Pedestrian safe zone north of Buckingham is on the wrong side of Main street, if I am understanding the design. The extended space which people presently use and would use is on the west side.
What are white areas?
Have you looked at eliminating Main street to the west of Barnard Park?
sorry didn't mean to rIse hand
Thank you - narrowing would help
This street has been the center of Hartford since the beginning in the 17th century and there are pieces surviving from each century since. is there a way of connecting the street with it past and the many events that have taken place there?
In the peanut roundabout - have fully signalized crosswalks been considered? Just thinking about all the traffic that does move through there slimming to single lines. Driver behavior down there would not make me very bold to walk into a crosswalk and expect drivers to stop often enough to make walkability a great success there
I'm wondering why this project does not go the rest of the way up main street to Morgan St. To completely cover downtown Main St
In terms of transit priority and traffic point of view, it is mostly better to make bus-stop location be far-side (to be located after the intersection) rather than near-side. Far-side stop function better with transit signal priority. It would be good to have this approach in your concept design, and try to make it happen as much as you can.
There’s a lot going on along this street and just off it that is not obvious to people passing by. is there a way of showing people from the street what is going on in the library, the museum, the courts, the offices, and other buildings along this route?
Albany ave is getting some work and also not all the way
I wish they were more generous,,, Albany ave from center st south to main st should be done as well.. main to Morgan brings the stadium altogether w the nkrthend
Does CTtransit have a preference in terms of design at the hub?
Two thumbs up!
Thanks all of you.
